The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites has been designated as the Host Hotel for the 2009 CIS Women's Rugby Championship and all teams will stay there during the championships. Conference room blocks have been set aside for participating teams.

Hotel Rooms must be booked immediately following conference championships and no later than Monday, November 2, 2009 . Rooms will be released after this date.
