Sponsor Servicing Officer : Andrea Walkau

• Service sponsors and official suppliers accounts as assigned.
• Oversee the management of servicing budget for sponsorship accounts.
• Provide feedback to the Marketing Director on proposals for new or potential sponsors.
• Understand and execute the contractual rights and obligations with the marketing partners and official suppliers.
• Create partner seasonal plans to ensure CIS executes and receives all the contractual obligations and that the client receives “added value” whenever possible.
• Assist in the preparation of yearly review for all assigned partner accounts.
• Oversee the development of all new sponsor related promotional plans on-site at championships.
• Work with staff and Hosts to organize and manage contract allocation to CIS programs.
• Oversee the coordination of assigned account elements such as rink boards, ice logos, program ads, television commercials and banners working with other staff.
• Develop and coordinate implementation of assigned sponsor account promotions at events along with the Host.
• Work with Hosts on event sponsorship creative and promotional approvals.

• On-site sponsor and partner servicing at events as required.
